TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All services are subject to company schedules and accessibility to the pool. 

​

  • Service visits will be during regular working hours and for a maximum of 1/2 hour. 

​

  • No visit shall be made on public holidays or during extreme weather. 
     

  • Additional work will be charged accordingly.  This includes works for mechanical seals, bearings, gaskets, light bulbs, heater valves, etc that undergo normal wear during the course of the operation and must be serviced or replaced at the appropriate time.  Anything not mentioned is not included in the scope of work.
